Who We Are
Imber Services is an organization serving people with disabilities. Imber takes pride in its programs specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Imber is the Latin translation for rain. As we know, rain is nature's way of extinguishing fire. It is our mission to put out the fires that so many struggle with. We also know that rain brings new life and signals that coming of spring. We desire to bring hope and freedom to these same families so they not only exist but also thrive.
Mission
It is the mission of Imber Services to provide services to people with disabilities and their families in a way that brings peace and stability to their lives.
Our Day Program
Our day program is the college version of our old summer and after school programs. We do many community activities but ensure that they are age-appropriate and that they allow our people to grow up just as their neurotypical peers are able to.
New Settings Rule Approved
By spending 100% of our time in the community and allowing our participants to direct their lives, we are able to meet the vision of the "Settings Rule."
Small Groups
We strive to keep most activities limited to 4-8 participants.
Opportunities For Adults
Opportunities for Adult Education Service Job Skills, Employment, Recreation, and Socialization.
Transportation to and from Home
We do not use buses or large vans to allow for low stress transportation.
Full Community Access
We work with community members and organizations that help facilitate our activities to maximize integration.
